The 369 method
The 369 method is a simple writing ritual: you write one intention 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times at night. Repetition keeps your focus on what you want all day.
How to do the 369 method
- Write one clear intention in the present tense, as if it is already true.
- Morning: write it 3 times and read it slowly.
- Afternoon: write it 6 times and imagine how it feels.
- Night: write it 9 times before sleep, with gratitude.
- Repeat for 21 to 45 days with the same intention.
Example intentions
- I am so grateful that I now live in a home I love.
- I am confident and calm in every conversation.
- I am thankful for my new job that fits me perfectly.
- I am healthy, energized and at peace in my body.
Tips that help
- Keep the same wording every session.
- Focus on the feeling, not on counting.
- If doubt appears, soften the statement until it feels believable.
- Track your sessions so you do not lose your streak.
